If you are not satisfied with any product, please contact customer service so we can quickly correct the issue.

PDP gladly accepts returns within one year of purchase for a full refund. Please contact customer service before sending the package so that your order can be noted. If you no longer have the packing slip from your order, please ask customer service to email one to you. Customer service can be reached at 1300 887 622 or info@PDPseminars.com.au.

Please print your packing slip and place it in the package with the item(s) you are returning. In addition, please include a note explaining why you are returning the item(s). You can send your returns to the address below.
