In this micro-workshop you will be introduced to the art of IFS-oriented journal writing and how you might use it for parts mapping and deepening into the 6 F’s. IFS-oriented journaling combines drawing & symbolizing felt senses and written processes such as dialoguing, proprioceptive writing and stream of consciousness. Your clients can also use this process to stay connected with parts between sessions. Over 200 research studies report that therapeutic journaling can improve people’s physical and emotional health. It can be used to express emotions, foster self-acceptance, notice patterns, develop inner relationships with parts, nurture Self-leadership and more.
