Description

Anxiety Disorders have doubled in young people in Australia over the last few years. This workshop will explore why we have anxiety, what it really looks like, ways to identify which anxiety disorder your client may be going through, and most importantly… the essential tools to explore what your client really is worried about and give them life-changing tools to battle their biggest fears.

Why is it our Youth have become more susceptible to anxiety disorders than the youth before them? We will explore how, from birth, certain parenting styles and parenting behaviours may be leading their children to become more anxious when they get older, especially around Separation and Social Anxiety.

There is one giant tool that we are all missing that could be helping any anxious person on a daily level… we are not exploring correctly. This seminar will cover the main ways we can guide our clients, and ourselves, through evidence-based techniques that will help them identify their deepest fears, apply evidence-checking to them, and learn ways to challenge these internal beliefs to become healthier and more resilient.
