Description

  • Skills you can apply in individual or group therapy
  • Perfect for working with adults, teens and adolescents
  • Easy-to-grasp strategies your clients will actually use
  • Tools that work with clients facing anxiety, trauma and more

No matter the type of clients you work with or the issues they face, emotional dysregulation is often a key component of their problems.

Because when clients can’t manage their emotions they react impulsively. They get angry, defensive. They shut down. And not only does this hurt their relationships and add stress to their daily lives …

… it makes it impossible for them to think clearly, stay in control, and actually use what you’re teaching them in therapy.

That’s why you and your clients need simple, effective tools that help them confidently manage their emotions in everyday life.

DBT is proven to do just that.

And unlike therapies that focus on “fixing” or “changing,” DBT teaches from a skills-based approach that boosts emotional control without making clients feel judged – so they’ll actually use it.

Now in this 3-hour training you’ll learn the top DBT emotion regulation skills to help clients:

  • Accept distress and face tough emotions without losing control
  • Control their reactions to avoid impulsive behaviors and reduce conflict
  • Stay aware of their emotions and respond in healthy ways
  • Build positive emotions both now and in the future
  • And much more!

No prior DBT experience is required as these tools fit easily with other therapy methods you already use.

You can start using what you learn here immediately … and we’re so confident you’ll love these tools, that the program comes with a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
