You know that changing your clients’ relationship with stress is important.
But let’s face it, when chronic stress has them maxed out, overwhelmed, and barely keeping it together, the “how we think about stress” stuff isn’t going to get it done.
You need regulation first to make therapy land.
That’s why we created this training with Dr. Shama Panjwani – professor, researcher and mind-body treatment expert.
She’ll give you over 25 simple, ready to use tools from somatic therapy, mindfulness, and polyvagal theory to help clients release stored stress, restore balance and finally feel grounded enough for real healing to happen.
