  1. Explain mindfulness in a way that improves client engagement in mindfulness based treatment.
  2. List specific ways that stress exacerbates mental health issues in our clients and describe its clinical implications.
  3. Relate specific ways mindfulness affects stress and fight/flight responses to improve clinical outcomes.
